I paid for a larger truck to move a dryer because I didn’t want to risk hurting my back or my friend’s shoulder. We got across town and the ramp was stuck and could not come out. Told the lady when returned the truck and she apologized in a tone that made it clear she thought I was not being honest. I got the dryer moved but we still had to figure out how to lift something she shouldn’t be lifting and we spent more money for a feature that was not available just to have the representative dismiss my inconvenience and waited money.
