Reserved it for 9am which is the time they opened. Got a call at 5 the day before saying they don’t open until 9:30 event though their website and Uhual says they do. Uhual smelled like cigarettes.

barbara lThe price i was quoted over the phone was almost doubled once I got to the location. I showed the representative the price I was given for him to say that because I used the app to change the location of pickup the price changed. I explained to him that I was unaware that that could/would happen; that the rep over the phone Never said that would happen and the gentleman on site said there was nothing he could do about that.
