Subject: Request for Review of Cleaning Charge – Contract #77653678 Hello, I am requesting a review of the charges on my rental (Contract #77653678). I understand that the mileage charge is part of the rental agreement. However, I do not understand the $50 cleaning fee that was added. I returned the truck in clean condition. If the truck was already dirty before I rented it, I should not be held responsible for that condition. Could you please provide: The reason for the cleaning charge. The inspection notes. Any photos taken before and after my rental that support this charge. If there is no evidence that I returned the truck in a dirtier condition than when I received it, I respectfully request that the $50 cleaning fee be removed and refunded. My favorite location
Lennette RI was transporting a trailer for U-Haul and was supposed to drop the truck and trailer at same location. I called the location while enroute and was told that they had no room for the trailer and that I would have to be dropped off elsewhere. I dropped off trailer, moved my son into apartment, and had to come to original location to drop off truck. I would never take the offer to move equipment for U-Haul again.
Timothy WEverything went smooth. Check in and check out (in person) was super easy and fast. Judy and Roger were great to work with! I only received half the blankets I had reserved which was inconvenient, but I did not double check receipts or count before I left (as recommended) so I take that responsibility. They apologized when I returned. If you live in Durham central, it’s super convenient! You can fill your tank with gas right there on the spot when you return as well.
