we were very pleased with the location, because it was extremely convenient, but it was basically drop off in a shady parking lot, and we had to disconnect the trailer ourselves The checkout itself occurred quickly, but this was the pinnacle of no frills
David PThe lady at the desk cancelled our rental. This caused issues on our return date. We were given a free dograde due to lack of inventory and allowed to pick up the evening before. We originally rented from a different locations and was told to pick up our truck from this location.
Donald WEnsure customer understands breakdown for additional day. This includes insurance of $30 that is carried over. I was told $40 for an additional day then it ended up being $80 + $30 + $7.70 totaling $117.70. That is a big difference between $40 and $117.70.
