To do this I need to say what happened. I ordered a 15 foot truck, was told it wasn't available so they gave me a free upgrade. The problem was that I couldn't get into the truck very well nor did I fit well behind the wheel. (I'm Fat and handicapped.) Perhaps get some bigger trucks with more cab space behind the wheel and smaller steps up into the bigger trucks or make sure there's a heavy duty step stool to get up in? 😂 Fat guy in a Litt truck! 😂 Have a good day!

This was not my original scheduled drop off location and is an extra 1/2 hour from my intended end point = 1 additional hour for UHauls convenience not mine. Have to cross rail road tracks and guess as to where to park the trailer based upon others in the yard.

JOHN LThis was a change in location for us and had to walk through muddy grass to get to truck. I am not used to more rural pick ups so this was surprising to me.
