The oil light kept coming on and the a/c didn’t work. It was also a100 degrees outside that day. I was told pick up was in one location and get there and find out someone was supposed to call me but never did. We had to wait an hour and a half for the other location to open we was paying people to help it costs me more because of U-Haul lack of care. I’m not sure I’ll use U-Haul again the last 2 times have been crappy. Penske might be a further drive, but I think I’ll take my chances. Also have never received an email on either one of the last two times. Don’t even know what I was charged for.

MERLE SYour customer service and tracking is a sad mess. Both times I have rented a trailer I get a message stating the trailer wasn’t returned and I am being charged extra. Of course I took pics both times and now doubt I will use U-Haul in the future. One time I can understand but the second time shows obvious issues
