Did a truck request in the morning for an after hours pick up. Paid for equipment and did not get anything. Can’t seem to get a response about a refund for the equipment I paid to rent.
Matthew RThe gentleman who handled my paperwork/rental was somewhat rude. He knew I was renting a car dolly but failed to let me know I needed extra lights for the back of my car. After I learned I needed these lights I went back to the rental facility to get them as the pamphlet suggested. When inquired about the extra taillights he said they don’t vary any and that I needed to go to the Harbor Freight to purchase them. I asked why he didn’t explain earlier that I needed them and he had no answer.
