Elizabethtown went above and beyond, but the U-Haul system was absolutely horrible. I will never rent a truck from you again. Less than 24 hours before my rental, I was told that the location of my pick up was changed I was never called as it says in the email While driving to that location, we tried to call to confirm pick up and that location’s number was not working This location was an additional 20 minutes away I had to call the main U-Haul number in Harrisburg and then I was told that the new location no longer had my truck reserved as well and I would have to drive 40 minutes in the opposite direction for the 10 foot truck that I had reserved. I was never notified of this additional change. So we were driving aimlessly in the wrong direction never being not We were then told we could go back to Elizabethtown in the opposite direction and they could have a 20 foot truck for us which would be additional cost on Turnpike tolls and gas Elizabethtown went above and beyond after hearing our experience and secured a recently returned 15 foot truck Overall, the system is a mess. I will never rent with you again. You do not get what you secure in advance and there is no notification There are constant changes while you were in the midst of trying to pick up a truck
