This location has the shittiest customer service I have encountered...ever. The office is never staffed...the "call for service" phone number is never answered; messages are not answered; appointments are not kept. WHY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF SHOWING UP? If I was not in a bind, I would have gone elsewhere for my rentals, but I was in a bind for time, so there I was, being treated like an unappreciated loser. I will never willingly go back to this facility.
