How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was wrongfully charged $7.00 for a furniture dolly that was not included in the truck
WILLIAM BNothing very good customer service
Jerry BEverything was simple and easy! Very convenient and it helped me out so much!
ASIA RThis location has the shittiest customer service I have encountered...ever. The office is never staffed...the "call for service" phone number is never answered; messages are not answered; appointments are not kept. WHY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF SHOWING UP? If I was not in a bind, I would have gone elsewhere for my rentals, but I was in a bind for time, so there I was, being treated like an unappreciated loser. I will never willingly go back to this facility.
