A good way to improve your service is to get rid of that horrible representative. She was an absolute nightmare. We rented in Elmendorf and she wanted us to return the truck at San Pedro Ave. She was irate, rude, and unwilling to simply change the drop off location. My recommendation? Fire her ass immediately.

Very friendly manager, who apologized profusely and offered to pay out off his own pocket the additional $8.80 charge that UHaul added to my bill (which was only $32.95 to begin with) for some reason that they will can get no explanation for. I guess they think they don't need to explain why they overcharge people.
