I rarely rent trailers but when I do the business operater typically helps with the hitching by helping direct vehicle placement , putting the socket on the ball, plugging in the light pigtail, and securing the safety chains. Also, testing the brake lights. At this location having signed the paperwork I was told where the trailer was and it was then on me to complete these items. I had to drive down the street to a gas station with ground level glass and use the reflection to check the brake lights.

Richard oThey had my credit card and over charged me. I could do nothing about the charges. I didn't get a chance to correct what they claimed was wrong. I was not informed of the charges on my card before they were assessed. U-haul had me over a barrel because they could and did charge me whatever they wanted!!! Don't use them for rental vehicles if you care about honesty and integrity. Go someplace else... anyplace else.
Betti MThe lady at My Mechanix was phenomenal. Uhaul changed my pickup location twice and wanted me to make a 30 mile trip to pick up a truck. My Mechanix assured me the truck I needed at the time I wanted would be there. Not very happy with Uhaul corporate but this lady saved the day and relieved alot of stress!
