This company has gone above and beyond to help out our daughters family when they needed it ! If it wasn't for this company allowing us to use the u haul and keep it a couple days , my daughters family would not have been able to keep their belongings. Thank you so much for your kindness and support during this time. The people are friendly and understanding ! The company is great ! I recommend this U haul business above any other 100 % .....

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was the 6th time I've rented trucks from My Mechanix and it, as usual, was a pleasant experience. The staff is already friendly. If they don't have the truck I need, they find it elsewhere and have it brought to their location. Charges are always what I am told upfront. I've rented nearly 20 trucks from various U-Haul locations in St. Louis and Jefferson County, as well as St. Francois county over the last 25 years but have never received the customer service at any of those locations that match what I get from My Mechanix. Thank you!
HOWARD WI rarely rent trailers but when I do the business operater typically helps with the hitching by helping direct vehicle placement , putting the socket on the ball, plugging in the light pigtail, and securing the safety chains. Also, testing the brake lights. At this location having signed the paperwork I was told where the trailer was and it was then on me to complete these items. I had to drive down the street to a gas station with ground level glass and use the reflection to check the brake lights.
ZACHARY Sclear the handsfree part of the radios so people can connect easier, took me a while to figure it out, and it was just that there were so many phones already in the storage.
Leslie FGot a truck with only 40,000 miles that is almost new in moving trucks. Cold air.
