Don't tell me I get extra days and to return the truck on a specific day and show on contract that it is included up to that date then charge me extra!

I used 24/7 pick up. I reserved a van for Sunday from 12 to 9 pm. All email came back stating Saturday pick up. 48 hours. I called 3 times. Finally got it straight. Pick up took almost 45 minutes waiting for them to approve rental. Had to enter info over and over. I had set up account online and it didn't retain info. Finally it went thru but they only gave me until 5 pm. By the time I got the van approved that was only 4 hours. Luckily it was only needed to make one local trip and I got it back in 2 hours. Drove 27 miles. My $19.95 deal was $50.00 +. Price is misleading.

Everything worked fine!!! But this trailer was old and dented or bent everywhere. Might be time to retire this unit

This was the first time I had ever rented a trailer. The people at the rental location made it very easy for me.

Make sure to look at the cameras when someone says a truck has been returned. Ours was due at 8 am and we returned it at about 7:45am or before and I had even called uhaul to let them know that it was returned. I was told that they would have to review the cameras to see what time exactly that it was dropped off. When everything was said and done they put down that it was returned at 2:53pm. And was told the 1st 45 miles were free. They charged us. And it all started when 3 weeks prior I had reserved the truck but 2 days priorthey said there was no truck
