How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was asked to take pictures of my license and a selfie....on a website. why would I need to do this in person. Ive never had to do that before. And ive rented many things from this location before.
James WThere was only attendant taking care of a gas station, mini-market, a sandwich take out restaurant, and the U-Haul rental service. The employee Shawn was very efficient and handled all services. However, I had to deal with picking up and hooking up the trailer in entirety without any assistance (which is atypical of a U-Haul facility.
saravanan vDO NOT RENT HERE! I would double check the odometer functionality. I traveled less than 50 miles however the odometer read that I had travelled well over 100. An extra $86 charge was added because of it. I only drove 7.8 miles round trip to the dump, 6.4 miles for pick up and drop off and 5.8 miles round trip for my task. The truck was at 114239 when I picked it up and showed 114442 when I dropped it off.
