The trailer I reserved had a blowout of one of its tires while I was driving it empty on the freeway back from Reno. This service location was not helpful to me. I was provided the road service number and had to wait nearly 3 hours for service for the tire to be replaced and then I had to drive all the way back to Fernley to return the trailer. The service person at this service station was helpful in hooking up the trailer and unhooking it, but was unable to do anything further.
Diane SSaid that U-Haul was charging me extra. That he had no control over it. But he admitted to being the one to have input the drop off time to 11am not 1:20pm. Charging me for an extra day as my noon drop off was deemed late.
