Walked in to pick up a truck. Was told that they didn’t have the truck available and they tried to make me get a bigger more expensive truck i didn’t need. Went outside to the parking lot and reserved a truck online for an hour later. Sat there for the hour and received the same truck i initially asked about. Wasted an hour for what? Staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed at the small line of 3 people. Did the check in process online and was still held up another 30 minutes to check in. So wasted about 90 mins on this process. Will not recommend.
