This locations phone number kept going direct to VM multiple days in a row. I let him know. I couldn’t believe. He was there on a Sunday when we dropped off!

Joseph TShould not have rented out dilapidated equipment. Truck was in such poor condition. Passenger door wouldn’t close all the way from a previous accident, causing violent, whistling wind noise the entire trip. Poor cleanliness of truck and inside cab condition overall very subpar. I don’t necessarily think this is a reflection of the location, but a company culture.
Anthony Dlocation manager was late for 9AM reservation pick up, seemed unorganized and unfamiliar with the reservation process.
