Great experience at this location! The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and respectful. I rented a 10’ truck the day before I needed it, and when wasn’t available they got me a larger truck but honored the rate without me even asking. They also made sure I was comfortable driving, answered any questions I had, allowed me to be flexible with times, and were very professional while still being friendly. Beyond happy with my experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNeed to provide help attaching the trailers that are parked on the hill. Don’t need to get customers like myself with bad back and no help.

Naomie BArrived at appointment time and no one was available to process. Had to wait 20 minutes for personnel to arrive. Cab was not properly cleaned.
David REasy pick-up and easy return. It rained the whole trip and the windshield wipers were 100% non-operational. The truck, as a whole, was not well maintained or clean.
