We had made a reservation for the Uhaul place on Golden Triangle in Keller first. What a disaster!! We were there on time. There were 2 other customers there before us. The store was not open. One of the other customers said that he had called and the employee said they were 10 min out. Lie! We did not have time to wait for them to get there and then wait for 2 customers ahead of us. So, we called the Uhaul on Keller Hicks! Great experience! They were able to transfer all of our reservation info over and get us on our way with a truck in a timely manner. Thank you!!
Robert DMake sure the clerk is trained to locate the customers details quicker. I had to call customer service to confirm information that I presented to the clerk who was not able to locate it at first.
