The customer service representative rented my truck to somebody else. Underneath my name, they had to call me and ask if I was the one that rented it to try. And fix the mistake, put my future in jeopardy. Anything could have happened. The customer service representative needs to be fired.

truck was left swept out , not hosed out as i did not have access to a hose final bill added $25.00 cleaning fee staff are courteous and pleasant uhaul policy is not so that is why i won’t do this ever through uhaul again all that after the rental booking fiasco truck was booked and confirmed and guaranteed by uhaul staff 4:30pm pick up saturday called at @3pm to see if truck by chance was ready and told truck won’t be available at the last minute …. then told mckinleyville would have truck ….almost 80 miles out of the way with pick up and drop off
