When I went to pick it up at the contracted time of 2:30p it was not available so I had to pick it up the next day, when the office was closed for a local event the staff went to, forcing us to use the app to pick up. Using the app was horrible and DID NOT WORK. Had to call customer service in order to get the code, which took about 40 minutes. The experience put me 1 and 1/2 days behind schedule.
