24/7 pickup was a nightmare and I wish at least they would have explained over the phone that you can’t check in without calling if your late to pick up….would have saved us 45mins. Then, no dolly as pre-ordered even though over the phone they were like “we will have your truck with the dolly ready for you tomorrow”
