I reserved a truck and "car carrier" for pickup in Pueblo, 3 weeks before I needed it. What I got was a truck and "toy hauler" that required me to purchase tie downs and travel an additional 75 miles round trip to pick up the equipment. This is not a reflection on MNH Rentals, but some serious PPP (piss poor planning) on the part of U-Haul. The truck also had issues. Every time the truck hit a medium to large bump in the road, a warning came on saying "Service Advance Trac" and the ABS light would come on for a moment. Every time that happened, it cut off the Cruise Control and sometimes you could reset it, other times it would not re-engage until it hit more bumps and eventually you could use the cruise again, until you hit the next bump. That sucked on a 13 hour, interstate drive.
