The app caused all sorts of problems. It took a really long time to pick up the rental using the app, I spent a lot of time watching the little circle spin. When I dropped off the rental about an hour later, I was charged for two days of rental, because by some glitch the app said that I was returning the van a few hours BEFORE I picked it up?!? Fortunately, the person who worked at the BP station did it on his phone. I would use this location again, but would hesitate to pick up or drop off a rental using the app.

Stacey SYour app is very bad. Takes forever to check in and out. Most of the time it just doesn’t work. Even the live person at the office couldn’t get it to work right. This is the last time I use U-Haul it’s just to much trouble and frustrating.
