I didn't like that no one was there to assist me at the location... everything was handled over the phone and the unit didn't have the furniture pads I had rented I would rent a truck again, though... just not from that location

NICK GWe reserved dollies that were not available when we picked up the truck. That was bad. And the place didn't open until 10 am. That's kinda late for starting moving day.
