Gas tank cover was broken when I picked up the truck. Once I noticed this, I tried to find an employee to report the issue to, but after several minutes of looking, none was available I took photos of the time I picked up the truck documenting this issue. Connectivity issues did not allow me to finish the check-in process. Photos of all four sides of the truck and interior were taken at the time of drop off and are available if needed.

Tracy PTrailer was picked up with a large lag screw in the tire. Obviously wasn’t thoroughly inspected at drop off nor inspected prior to rental.
MACON BWhen picking up, the trailer was parked against another trailer, requiring me to push it forward, with the agent's help, before I could lift the trailer tongue onto my hitch. The electrical hookups worked initially, but by the time I had reached my outgoing destination (2.5 hour drive), the tail lights no longer worked, which was also indicated by my vehicle dashboard notification. I attempted to reattach the tail light connector/extension, with no effect. I noticed that the wiring harness on the trailer itself had a large section loosely wrapped with black electrical tape, so was it a slipshod repair that failed? (Likely.) I had to make the return drive in the dark in a rain storm with no trailer tail lights. I am glad I was not pulled over or experienced any traffic issues because of the failed tail lights, but I certainly could have had either. You can do better.
