The people running Farmhouse Moving Supplies could have a little less attitude addressing customers when all they need to do is drop off a truck. There are 0 signs outside directing people where to park - the only instructions are listed on the key drop box. If they were more helpful I might have considered going back there but I will find another location.

Michael LEverything was great, with an exception, the AC kept going in and out. For awhile it is blowing cool, then it goes hot.
James ANo one was available during the business hours. Several cars of people were waiting at 10am for the store to open but the hours said they opened at 9am. Calling the business number went to voicemail and 4 days later still haven’t received a call back.

Farmhouse Moving Supplies charged me $50 for a cleaning fee even though I swept out the vehicle before returning it, plus another $32.15 for parking in a fire lane. I did not see the sign posted on their door, and they were not charged a citation or penalty themselves for the parking situation. I feel these fees were excessive and unfair. I would recommend asking about all potential additional charges before renting and carefully checking your final receipt.
