Out of state trailer FL to MS) rental to haul a car back home. I had to rant a toy hauler trailer that does not have any straps for the wheels. The store I rented from sold me some wheel straps (yellow with green anti-slip plastic on tire side) that did not have ratchet straps to go with the straps. How the hell are you supposed to tie down the other side when loaded. They were only $26 but useless and too much a hassle to go back and get a refund. Only reason for Above Average rating is the straps.

Alexis SI rent a trailer from you about once a month, and as usual, picking up the trailer and traveling to my destination went smoothly. However, when I arrived in Stuart, Florida, the app unexpectedly changed my designated drop-off location to one that was nearly an hour away from my home, even though I knew there were several authorized drop-off locations much closer. I called the 800 customer service number, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. One representative in Clearwater put me on hold, transferred me to another department, and then I was transferred again without anyone resolving the issue. I even searched ChatGPT to see if it was possible to change the drop-off location through the app. It indicated that it should be possible, but the app simply would not allow me to make the change. Finally, we found a local phone number and called directly. Thankfully, a real person answered immediately. The gentleman at the local drop-off location was absolutely wonderful. He quickly resolved the issue, was courteous and professional, and turned an otherwise frustrating experience into a positive one. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.
