Dennis RThe man who helped me unfortunately was in a rush and was supposed to be leaving but had to stay due to 2 call outs. The ball was inverted so he told he it would be too low, I asked if it could be switched. He just took it to the back for a few minutes then came through the lobby to get a wrench from his truck and did get it switched. I don’t think he would have tried if I hadn’t asked since he already told me he should be leaving. I thought all was ok until I dropped the trailer off in Vegas only to see the chains had been dragging the whole time and they were not properly locked down. The young man that handled my return was quite surprised when he was unhooking the mess that was put together. Chains weren’t twisted or wrapped to keep them from dragging. Again, made it safe but not because of the service from the AZ dealer. I even tipped him $20 cash because I felt guilty that he was staying late to help me.
