There was no indication where the gas tank was.
MArta GService was excellent and thorough. Employee had strong knowledge. Very appreciated and helped make the check in and check out process seamless.
Gina MNot about the location, the U-Haul self service options were not working the morning we were scheduled to pick up our truck. We arrived on time and tried for 45 minutes, we ended up calling speaking to a couple of people who couldn’t help us. After being on the phone for over an hour I was disconnected and had to call over again. We had folks coming to our house to assist with our move unfortunately we could not get the truck until an hour past their arrival. It was unacceptable and I won’t use U-Haul again because of this
