I asked for a truck with a width of at least 58 inches because the arcade machine I was picking up was 58 inches wide, they looked it up on their computer and said "oh yeah this has plenty of room it'll fit" I drive off to get the machine, then look in the back and something looks off. I measure and the width of the bed is only 55 because of the wheel wells, I go back so I can swap out the truck and nobody is there, so I rent a truck from a different company, the next day I return the vehicle and want to tell them about the issue but they are closed again (closed at noon?) so I just drop off the keys and leave.
