Make sure the customer leaves the property with everything they were charged for. Etc. if they paid for a dolly, it’s customer service/sales representatives job to make sure it is already in the truck. Saved a lot of time, confusion. I’ve been charged for a dolly that was never in the truck NUMEROUS of times and it’s just not fair.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI’m unable to think of anything that could improve upon. They were fast, friendly, and super helpful. I will definitely return to Applegate as well as recommend to others.
