The location was closed, but someone happened to be there and she came out and helped check it in. Uhaul messed up the drop off location. They were trying to have me drop it off states away. Apparently reservations don’t matter to uhaul. You will not get the equipment promised, the location may be 4 hours away, and they will charge you…for driving 4 hours away to pick up a truck that was promised to me a mile from my house. Do NOT use uhaul. The people at these locations were great. But uhaul overall is an immoral, unprofessional, money draining company. They will jerk you around and charge you for everything they can. They will make it a very difficult experience. I’m looking into legal action. NOT against these locations though.

The gas was not where i was told when we recieved truck it was under 1/2 a tank we fill the tank up and returned the truck with more then 1/2 tank in a total cost to fill the tank was over $90.00 I felt lik that was not right to receive a truck that had so little gas.
Edythe AThe owner Nicole was super rude when we asked a simple question about buying a box “kit” or “bundle.” The front desk rep who actually helped us was fantastic and very helpful but all we did was ask a simple question regarding buying boxes and the question was then directed at the owner, she responded with nothing but attitude. The trailer was clean but it hopped at low speeds, making the drive very uncomfortable.
Alexander FApplegate and the people working there are always so friendly and nice! I usually rent a van from at least one or twice a month and they are amazing. Always willing to work with me, great customer service and their equipment is always clean and well kept up.
