I booked a rental in Bloomington, MN, and U-Haul sends me 45 miles out of town to get a trailer because it is the only one available. I don’t get compensated for the two hours of drive time or gas needed to pick it up and they charge me me than the quoted price.

The trailer was well maintained and performed as it should. Staff was polite and personable.
Jonathan NVERY disappointed with U-Haul changing the location the day before pickup and then CHARGING ME for 31 extra miles.
MONTY MLocation was awesome and Karen was super helpful. Only part of the uhaul experience that was. Had to go an hour from where I needed the truck to get it with 1 day notice. Other companies guarantee the equipment you need at the location you reserve at.
