I reserved a 20' truck for Sunday at 6:00 am. Five days prior and went in Friday to make sure everything was good for Sunday morning. I was told it was and seen the truck and that the keys would be in the box Sunday morning. I received a call from Uhaul Saturday morning that the truck was not available and would be replaced with a 26' truck at the same price. That would have been fine except that my wife was going to be driving and a 26' truck was to big for her comfort and it would take more fuel. The explanation from Uhaul was (other family's needed it and they don't hold trucks). Well what's the point of reserving equipment? I was unable to get a 20' truck until Monday morning after 10:00 am, a day and a half late. The people at Glenwood were very kind.

U-haul added this location for drop-off and was 41 miles too far. Charged an extra $53 due to this error. Highly disappointed in U-haul. Will be contacting Better Business over U-haul's terrible customer service and incompetence.
dustin lThe process involving the pickup, and required photos, should be more clear on instructions. The app should provide this feature seamlessly. To provide a better service for future customers. It wasn't conveyed to me the importance of this step upon pickup.

Richard PMake sure the truck is clean before customer picks up. There was spilled soda and trash in the cabin of the truck and inside the back of the truck was dirty and still had stuff in the truck that I had to clean out. There is a sign in the back of the truck that says something about Save $25 by cleaning and sweeping out the back of the truck. You should pay me the $25 if you collected it from the previous customer. Yes, I told her about the dirtiness of the truck. She went and picked up a few things and said that’s the way it is. That is the way for her I guess, not me. I returned the truck much cleaner than when I got it. I did clean the sticky soda from the console and cup holders. And through out the soda cans and water bottles and paper trash and swept it out. Plus cleaned the mud off the console from someone’s muddy feet prints. . Pity I can’t share pictures on this site. Unprofessional, even talked about other customers.
