Unacceptable Service – Confirmed Reservation Given Away & Refusal of Service "I experienced the worst customer service ever at Alpine Motor. I reserved a 20' truck two weeks in advance for a 4:00 PM pickup. Despite this, they lent out our rental earlier in the day, and the person who took it failed to return it in time. The staff at Alpine Motor showed an absolute lack of accountability or professionalism regarding this error. To make matters worse, they then refused to assist the individual sent to pick up the vehicle the following day. This location is a terrible representation of the U-Haul brand. It is a completely unprofessional establishment, and I highly advise everyone to stay away and take their money elsewhere."

How U-Haul Reviews WorkUnfortunately we had ants that came out after driving. Some food crumbs and trash were there to attract them from the prior rental. But the truck handled great and all went well after cleaning it up and spraying the area.

MITCHELL PI ordered a 20 ft truck over a month ago when I arrived all they had was a 26 ft. It was on a f650 truck it was huge. I had trouble parking it where I needed to at both of my moving sites. When I called uhaul they said they couldn’t do anything and were very unhelpful. Something similar happened last time I rented from uhaul. I had to drive an extra 20 miles to pick up a different truck. Get it together. Do better
