While the Gentlemen who Helped Me (His Name Escapes Me Right Now) was Very Helpful, One of the Chains Seemingly Broke, or Came Undone, Shortly after picking up My Car. I Stopped for Fuel & Noticed that the Chain was Dragging, but the "S" Hook was Still Attached to the Dolly. I Tried to hook the Chain Through the "S" Hook & the Dolly, Because the "S" Hook wasn't Open Enough to Reattach the Chain. This Worked for Part of the Journey, but it Eventually Came Undone Again, but This Time, the "S" Hook was Gone. I Wrapped the Chain Around the Tire Straps, After Stopping SEVERAL Times to Secure it, & was able to Make it to My Destination. Upon Trying to Return the Dolly, the Chain Kept Coming Undone no Matter How I Tried to Secure it, Requiring Me to Stop 6 Times to Try to Secure it (I had to Stop at EVERY Exit 6 Times in a Row). At the Last Stop, I Removed the Chain & Placed it in My Vehicle. Before I Made it to the Next Exit, the Strap Ratchet Came Out of the Holder & Began Dragging as Well. I pulled Over & Discovered that the Bolt for the Chain was Keeping the Ratchet Assembly from Falling Out (I didn't know that it was Free Sliding, I thought it was Secure) I put the Bolt back in to Finish the Trip, Then Reattached the Chain at a Well Lit Location Around the Corner from Ace Hardware. This Ordeal Added about 2 Hours to My already Long Trip, Putting Me back Home in Denver @ 2:00 in the Morning. This was BY FAR the WORST U-Haul Experience that I have EVER had, Including once waiting 6 Hours for U-Haul Repairmen to Never Show up (I ended Up Fixing that One Myself as Well). Ther NEEDS to be Somewhere that the Chain Can Be Hooked to, or Wrapped Around In Such Cases of Emergency. My Having to Stop & Deal with that Chain MULTIPLE Times was Absolutely Ridiculous & UNACCEPTABLE.

DANIELO DThe muffler on the truck was completely blown out. It sounded like I was driving a piece of equipment made by Caterpiller. Also got slammed with multiple fuel charges and services fees. TRIPLED the quoted price. Bad business, UHaul.
Terry GWhen i called to say i need the uhaul linger the guy on the phoke said not a problem just bring it back when yoire done then I get a call saying they need it back in 20 minutes or im.getti g an inconvenience fee. I told them noone showed up to help me move a 5 bedroom.home and the guy said he wasnt charging me for the needed extra hours and this guy was rude he said well I need now or ypure bei g charged. There was nothing I coukd do i was half way loaded, tired, I hadn't slept.in 24 hours trying to get moved and now angry. Im almost 50 I had to do this move alone when my family got stuck on the way here that were my help. They also.haooen to.be who lives with me so I moved 5 bedrooms by myself and couldn't do it any faster. I was exhausted. And the kid on the phone did not care. So no i wouldn't use this location again and its also why I haven't paid the 154.00. I got screwed all the way around with this move.
