How U-Haul Reviews WorkHonestly, I can't think of much to add! I was very happy with the easy scheduling, specific location, and the friendliness and kindness of the distributor. He was very thorough in a helpful way, like when it came to going over the things that I'd otherwise get additional fees for (like not filling the gas tank to how full it'd been when I picked it up). Only one thing comes to mind - A few times while driving on the highway, seemingly with no prompting (like something in the road), there'd be this somewhat loud snap-like sound coming from somewhere towards the back of the carriage. It didn't worry me because it sounded like a ratchet strap or something, and had no impact on my actual driving/trip, but felt worth mentioning just in case. Thanks again!
