Unfortunately customer service was lacking , the employee was angered about everything and the 3 other people before me and several after said it was the worst experience they had ever had. I had waited over an hour to get help even though I had reserved a truck and helped people dropping off before even acknowledging I was even there. I will not return to this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was dirty. The seat was ripped to hell. It rattled while driving. Also they messed up my reservation and its not the first time that location has done it
Michael FIt should be better explained that you are being charged for the mileage. I called the location i picked up to explain that we would be driving more than the original miles due to needing to make trips to have everything. I asked is there anything i should anticipate or needed to do because of this, and he said no, as long as i returned it on time. When we returned it, we were charged for the additional mileage drove, which cost us an extra $300 from what we already paid. This should have been explained better when I called so I wasn’t as shocked at the time of turn-in.
Conner DEmployees didn’t have the best customer service. I tried saying “thank you” and I got no response back as the guy was on his cell phone. One guy got mad because I didn’t back up to the trailer correctly. They seem like a couple of guys from New York that just don’t like to do their jobs. I also went to drop the trailer off the same night, and they had the drop off are blocked with other U-Haul box trucks. So I had to drop it off near the front entrance, which took me about 35 minutes, because it was difficult to maneuver with limited space.
Stacey HI have used him 3 times and I have never had a problem. He is a friendly guy and very knowledgeable and professional. I am always happy with his service
