The man was rude and the lady was ok (people doing the renting). The truck was filthy on the inside so I had to clean it before I started loading it. Couldn't see out the windows due to the film on the inside and the dirt all over the floor board and seats.

Michael CThe site was closed when I dropped off. There was a key box for late dropoffs. HOWEVER, you HAD to had a uhaul app installed on your phone and that app was TERRIBLE for returning after hours. There should just be a simple link to do that. It was NOT straightforward.
