This location was fabulous and my check in young lady was pleasant with a smile and very friendly. She made the move somehow feel less stressful. However, I did visit the establishment where I had made a reservation a week before hand first( I believe route 184 across from Groton Walmart) and they didn't have my truck and couldn't contact the person nor had a dolly ready that I ordered. Somehow, they made it my fault and had attitude with me and seemed as though they really didn't want to help me with a smaller truck. He sent me to the Bridge Street Location, which i had a fabulous experience with it there. So thank you young lady at Bridge street.

Christopher BThe lady at the desk was a rude b!tch. First thing she said to me is "you parked in the wrong spot" in a very rude tone. She was also training someone and was rude to her as well. Another gentlemen walked in while I was checking out and she told him he had to wait outside; there was plenty of room inside the office for him to stand in line behind me. Overall, the woman was just a miserable person to be around, and I can't believe someone with her attitude is in a job where customer service is required. Otherwise, all was good with my rental.
