Worker was more worried about telling a story to your friend than assisting a customer. The U-Haul smelled like straight urine. There were lights hanging off of it and everything. I’d rather drive to the main U-Haul center than ever rent from the ace on Nickerson blvd again. If I could give negative stars I would from this experience

The equipment wasn't clean per se; however it was not dirty either, it just showed years of use; the rental process wad easy and they had excellent customer service. I have no complaints.

Jerry GThis is the second time I’ve use this location for a vehicle. The first time was for a super mover which they gave me with no air-conditioning. I ended up having to take that truck 22 miles to exchange for one with an air conditioner. On May 31, I had a one-way vehicle tow trailer reserved. When I got to this location, apparently they had given away my reservation trailer to someone else and did not have one for me to go one way. Again I had to drive to another U-Haul location to pick up my trailer. This is unacceptable. I feel like I should have some type of restitution. If I ever need a U-Haul in the Hampton area, I sure won’t pick this place.
