Owner is rude and not at all professional He swiped our credit card 4 times locked our account and caused us time to travel to our bank to have to get it unlocked 4 days no access to our bank account Turns out he had filled out the rental agreement wrong I rent trucks all the time at least once month and would never go back to that place

Nothing convenient location and hours

BRIAN II have dropped off at this location 3 time since February. Once after hours and twice in person. The gentleman was very helpful.
Rob MMake sure the equipment is available at the site for where the reservation was made. The location changed 1 day before pick up and was much further than original location. When we called customer service we were treated rudely. Very unprofessional.
