I had problems with my reservation, since I was supposed to get the trailer at the south Asheville location, when I got there it took a long time, just to let me know that the trailer for my reservation was not available since it was broken and they moved my reservation to another location all the way to Hendersonville ( 40 mins away). I had to go there to pick up the trailer. People in that location in Hendersonville were very friendly and helpful. so I hope this bad review is not blamed on them. So I had to go there so I took 2 hours from my rental time to get it and another hour to get it back next day. I called to kindly ask for a return extension time since I rented that to get an equipment fixed and all the time it took out affected the time the mechanik had to work on my equipment. and this was NOT my fault, it was on your side... But you were not helpful or understanding and gave me no choice other than paying extra for YOUR mistake, so I felt not been treated as a customer and that you did not care at all and be willing to take any responsibility for YOUR mistake or what ever it was not having my reservation in order and at the location I rented it.
