I will say the only issue is with the truck we had today the door was having a issue shutting and someone left trash everywhere but other than that perfect thank you

Truck wasn't clean- dirt in the back, old half full juice bottle behind the driver seat. Not super well maintained- the driver seat belt was stiff and had to be manually tightened. The trucks were far away from the office/ keys. Not fun in the heat and unsafe in the dark if I was alone.
Meaghen UThe place I scheduled to pick up changed. I scheduled to pick up in Richmond and drop off in Harrisonburg, VA. When I used the app to pick up, the choice of dropping off in Harrisonburg was not there. The truck was on the other end of the parking lot of shopping center. I had scheduled to have a rolling dolly. They said they do not have any of those. I was told I could go to another store and see if they have one.
HUNTER TI booked another location and it was changed. I ordered pads/blankets and they were out of stocks. The other inside of the truck (rear) was filthy. There was soil all over, like it was used for landscaping. I was not pleased to need to sweep it and then put my mattresses on a dirty floor.

Upgrading these trucks to newer, better-maintained models would improve the overall customer experience and increase customer satisfaction. A cleaner, more modern fleet would make customers feel more confident and comfortable during their rental..
