We were given a new van this time around and it was SO nice! The bluetooth option makes it incredibly easy to load your map via your phone so you have a totally hands free experience. The display is really a great size and makes backing the van so much easier with the backup cameras. Five stars for this one!
Terry Struck was clean and all blankets were in the truck but i received a 50dollar charge
JOHN SI reserved a cargo van and it was not available. The only vehicle available to me was a 15 foot truck which I found very difficult and stressful to drive. I would not have made the reservation if I knew it was going to be a big truck. I was very disappointed.
Kelly CI don't believe that the issues I had were with the location. They were very kind and helpful. I had a reserved a cargo van 6 weeks prior to my pick up date and it was not available. I was put into a much larger truck (15 foot) and when I called UHaul to see if I could get something smaller near me, they could not help me. I had also reserved a utility dolly and that was not available either.
