How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy reservation was for kingston NY. When I arrived they had no trucks available. The staff was not friendly or sorry for my inconvience. I was forced to drive to Hudson, staff was more professional, which delayed my move over 2 hours and caused problems.
FRED WI showed up for my reservation. The truck was there. I elected to use mobile check-in, which requires nobody to be there. I unlocked the key box to find no key there. I called the manager and he was rude and told me I shouldn’t be upset and that he’ll get there in about 20 minutes. I don’t understand how you can run a business like this.
MARK DThis is very well run location, staff is very professional and helpful. I love renting trucks at the Hudson Green street branch
