Callie at the Indianapolis facility was incredibly unprofessional and insulting. The type of person that makes me never want to do business with U-Haul again. Just needlessly rude, condescending, and difficult.

one of the tires on the auto transport was flat so i waited an hour until it got fixed and one of the other tires is bad and needs replaced but only one was fixed.
