First of all, I couldn't make the reservation online, so I went to the location in person; when the contract was drawn up, it wasn't done the way I had requested, and the terms, conditions, and extra charges weren't explained to me. The truck was dirty, the steering felt loose, and the passenger door didn't close properly; the door actually flew open on the freeway, and I nearly had an accident.

Terry BI was very impressed with how easy the process was to rent a vehicle. The truck was spotless inside and the outside was in very good condition. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a vehicle.
fred aWe tried using the mobile app for pick up, but it was glitching. The guy helping us wasn’t very happy about it. I felt like I was getting yelled at by a parent. (I’ve rented using the mobile app many times- it wasn’t “user error”. Next time, I’ll choose a different location.
Darryl GAfter I paid and called to let the company know I wouldnt have the truck back on time the lady on the phone was nice and said I could keep it till noon the next day without charge, which I was grateful for. After I returned it the guy tried to charge my card an additional 65 dollars with no call or explanation. There was no reason to try to charge me more given, I returned it with the same amount of gas and use less than the miles I said I was. He also has his political affiliation all over the office which is not comfortable to be in.
