The lady that took care of me was friendly but she told me I could bring the U-Haul back and it didn't matter what time because it was closed and she wouldn't be able to do any paperwork on the cargo van that I rented but the next day I found out that I was charged $227 because I went over my miles a little bit and a late charge for dropping the cargo van off so yeah I'm not going to that location anymore and I am not going to use U-Haul anymore I will rent a freaking pickup truck or I'll buy one and I'll make sure that I tweet this on every social media Facebook tick tock U-Haul will go downhill a lot or maybe not a lot but at least like a poke in the eye

Get a more cheerful employee to meet the public. I returned the truck and I handed her the keys. I stood there waiting for her to check out the mileage like the U-Haul place. She said, “now what? I have 7 other things to do. I told her I would be waiting in the silver Ford 250. I would be happy to sit and wait to hear the mileage. She went back in the office and within 5 minutes she walked sternly to the truck. She checked the mileage and came over to our truck. She stated that there would be a charge around $220. I inquired about the half of tank of gas that we had left in it. Because we only had to come back with a quarter of a tank when we left. She replied, “That’s your problem! Now anything else that you so desperately need?” She was very rude and inconsiderate to us. I wouldn’t have her talking to customers.
