So I had to reapply to reserve a spot because my town did not have one open. I then had to go to town over to get a reservation. I was told by the representative who wasn’t very helpful that I can drop it off at any location after dropping it off at location I was charged an amount of 200+ dollars for a wrong drop off fee. I have already put a dispute in. I probably will not be using U-Haul again just for how inconvenient this all was.
