My GPS took me to the U-Haul drop-off location in Kannapolis, but I drove past it because there wasn't any U-Haul signs on the building, nor were there any U-Haul rentals in front of the building. I turned around and when driving back to the location I saw one U-Haul truck and a couple of trailers behind the building. I stopped and asked an employee if I was at the right place and he said I was. He told me to drive to the next corner and drive up the alley and for me to drop off the trailer with the other two, which I did. Again, the employee was nice and helpful, but the location was terrible and I would not recommend. Me driving there was also not necessary since there is a large U-Haul location in Concord where I needed to unload my cargo.

Explain where the key location for the truck is, the video indicates the key is on a lockbox on the truck. Does not mention it is on the building where the truck is. Spent 20 mins trying to fond a key on the truck.
Stetson Jit was hard to be sure of the exact location because I couldn't see a sign indicating "Masons Auto Specialties." Fortunately there were other u-haul equipment parked there so I could infer where to park. it's a good thing the key drop box is bright orange too! There were no personnel and no location to be inviting (they were closed on sunday) - you really need to add an n/a option to the yes/no questions.
JENNIFER EI paid for a furniture dolly and it was not in the truck at pickup but was charged for it reported the oversight to U-Haul
Lillian FThe only issue I had was with the app I took the required photos and they wouldn’t load up then the screen glitched and I was allowed to move forward, but I never got a confirmation that the photos were received. Otherwise, the process was smooth.
