When I go online and reserve a trailer from one place, in one city, and then I have to travel 120 kms to another city to pick it up, that is not acceptable. You should advise when making the reservation that the trailer was not available in Vernon. Then to top it off, the fellow in Vernon was very rude on the phone and basically said it wasn't his problem

RICHARD GFindlay road location; amazing staff, kind and helpful, clean trucks. Lake Country Pelmewash Location; owner of location was rude, swore at me, gave my reserved truck to someone else, and ultimately told me to fuck off and jeopardized my wedding day. Because of this experience in lake country, I likely will never use your services again. I was informed many people have complained about this location with zero changes made. I tried to call and speak with someone directly on the day of the incident, I was left on hold for an hour, tossed aside. You’re a large corporation too big to fail, and you’ve shown me you do not care about your customers. Thank you for the opportunity to speak on my experience.
