I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman that helped us who was in the front office was great. He was able to take the truck and the dolly instead of going to two different locations as we had previously been told.

al bI believe the customer service staff should be upfront about the costs involved in renting a truck. The sign on the truck states $19.95 plus mileage. I was charged for gas which was never stated in the charges. I returned the truck and they charged me $ 27.00 for gas at there price, if I had known that, I would have purchased gas myself before taking the truck back to the lot. These things should have been stated up front. This is why I gave this place a poor rating.
