Not really a suggestion for improvements just a comment on my rental. I didn’t get to use the car hauler because my car suddenly had starting problems and wound up returning the trailer without using it. I like the uhaul car hauler and was wondering if you ever sell the surplus units. Thanks,

confusing in where to drop off
David MCustomer service was great, only problem was the trailer had some damage to the wheel fender that they didn't seem to be aware of, so the fender that was supposed to drop down on the drivers side didn't work properly. Other than that all was good.
